Subject: My soapbox for today

Josh Logan..
I used to take this kid aside (I doubt I was the only one) and explain
to him that he needed to get away from the losers he was playing and
hanging with and get his ass either out to LA or NY and do some "real"
auditions. He's probably the most talented musician I've ever known on
a personal level and I'm glad that he's on his way to stardom right
now, but I bet he couldn't pick me out of a lineup now that he's met
so many people and been so many places around the world and it's been
a few years since I've talked or jammed with him. I do get some
satisfaction knowing that I definitely helped get him motivated and
off his ass away from playing little dive bars in NH and MA to being a
finalist on Rockstar Supernova and touring the world. Here's a link if

Like I said, I'll never get an ounce of public thanks from him but I
take a lot of joy in knowing I helped him get going..
